Intellectual Venture’s Bellevue Research & Development Center
H&M Electric performed the design build electrical services for this 87,000 sf tech space. The project includes offices, lab space, testing and fabrication space, new electrical infrastructure and backup power.
Novo Nordisk
H&M has been selected to perform the electrical portion of several projects on the Novo Nordisk facility in the VUE research center in Seattle, WA. The projects include the Vivarium and Generator Upgrades, 1st floor labs at 530 Fairview and lab modifications to the 4th and fifth floors.
Grab - Bellevue, WA
H&M Electric partnered with Unispace to provide the design build electrical work on this 14,196 sf tenant improvement. The electrical work included new lighting, lighting controls, convenience power, and fire alarm.
Lydig Construction
H&M Electric partnered with Lydig Construction and JPC Architects to create a new office space coinciding with their renewed branding efforts. The office features an open floor plan with workstations and touchdown areas for visiting team members along with private conference rooms scattered throughout the office space. The latest state of the art technology was installed to encourage video conferencing and collaboration. The office also includes a full size commercial kitchen, wellness room and lounge.
Lyft - Seattle, WA
Lyfts new office headquarters in Seattle, Wa. consists of a large open office space, custom reception area, interview rooms, and an employee lounge. H&M Electric installed LED lighting, sound masking and custom lighting to make this office space special and inviting.
OMC Cancer Wellness Center
H&M Electric partnered with GLY Construction to provide the design build electrical services on the new Overlake Cancer and Wellness Center. The Cancer Center was the last piece of a four phase project to consolidate the hospitals cancer services. Preceded by numerous projects to create space and maintain ongoing hospital operations. The new Cancer Center contains a new dedicated entrance, single check-in area, consultation rooms, a wig room, physical therapy gym, pharmacy, and an infusion suite. The Cancer Center is co-joined with additional services which include radiation, medical oncology, breast surgery, nutritional oncology, genetic counseling, and psychosocial oncology.
Overlake Lake Hills Clinic, Bellevue, WA
H&M Electric provided the design build electrical services on this 5,224 sf Urgent and Primary Care Clinic. The project consisted of exam rooms, offices, team stations, and X-ray department.
The Polyclinic Ballard, Seattle, WA
This project was a tenant improvement on the second floor of an unoccupied shell space within a new five-story building. The scope of work included 38 exam rooms, three physical therapy treatment rooms, physical therapy gym, five procedure rooms, a casting room, an x-ray room, blood draw/phlebotomy, interior and exterior signage, installation of a back-up electrical generator, HVAC exhaust system, and other clinic support functions.
